With over 20 years of experience across banking, fintech, and technology, she operates at the intersection of innovation and impact—helping organizations design payment solutions that expand access, strengthen trust, and improve how people experience money.

Throughout her career, Amanda has led and advised on payment modernization, digital transformation, and strategic growth initiatives for financial institutions and fintechs. As Director and Head of Payments Practice at Perficient, she guides clients through complex infrastructure evolution while championing solutions that are not only innovative but inclusive by design.

She is also the Founder of AGE Advisors, a boutique advisory firm focused on helping startups and financial institutions unlock growth through purposeful innovation, strategic partnerships, and embedded financial inclusion.

Amanda’s commitment to fairness and consumer-centric design extends beyond her day-to-day work. She serves on the Board of Directors of the National Alliance for Financial Literacy and Inclusion (NAFLI), where she advances initiatives that expand financial education and access for underserved communities. She also partners with Consumer Reports on the Fair Digital Finance Framework and Fairness by Design Playbook, working alongside regulators, product leaders, and fintech founders to embed transparency, safety, and trust into financial products from the ground up.
